  I have been to St. Mark's on a few occasions while visiting family and found it to be warm, welcoming and spiritual. I was curious about Shelly Ottenbrite's negative comments so I looked over her other reviews and they are all negative except one. She seems to like to bash any organization or person she disagrees with. Please take her reviews from the standpoint of a very negative, unhappy and jaded individual who seems to be unable to appreciate anything. Nothing pleases her if you go by her reviews. The nun she refers to as being cruel to animals was so accused for deer hunting, and she even shared the meat with other people. She was not a thrill killer. She has respect for the animal and made use of the meat, she did not do it for a thrill.

  Saint marks is warm friendly and down to earth. That's for shelley the shelled one otterbright.:) you say your Catholic a Christian but judge others. So here is some judging to you. You enjoy a great bar BQ that chicken didn't get old and died it was killed in a mass shooting a dear is humane compare to the way they kill chickens. So font judge. You say they never taught killing animals in your church. What type of blood was used to cover the doors of Christian so death could pass them. Check the Bible first this story. Lambs where used as sacrifice at a point the last supper had fish and other meats. So live your life and let live God does not want us judging others you should apologize to this church before taking holy communion. Have a blessed day.
